Brief Title:
Last Words

The Brief:
Design a series of board artwork for the K2 Snowboard pro riders

Concept / Proposition:
The Board designs are to be based upon the riders' answers to K2's interview published on their website. Specifically focussing on the riders' answers to the question, Last words?

Considerations:
The boards are to Promote & celebrate the rider and the K2 brand.
How far can you take your designs, what can they become and what can they be applied to?
You will need to use the K2 logo, is it appropriate to design another version to match your board artwork?
How can you portray the rider through the designs?

Target Audience:
Initially your target audience is the pro riders you are designing for. The board is about & for them as well as the public.
Male & female snowboarders who buy K2 products.
Who is on their official Facebook page?

Tone of Voice:
Celebratory and fun.

Background:
K2 Snowboards is a large brand & one of the biggest and successful within snowboarding. It has 7 professional riders, a mixture of both male & female.

Mandatory Requirements:
Snowboard artwork designs across available sizes.

Deliverables:
An appropriate presentation of your designs.
Boards presenting your design process and development.

. 5 final designs, each one having 4 variants for the different sizes available.
. Matching posters
. Packaging / Tags for the snowboard within the context of being sold in a store
. Sticker set of the 5 final designs
