Calendar Development

Moving forward with the designs, now concentrating on the idea of the fold, where the top section will be the first thing you see!

Here showing the calendar in a context of the owner receiving it via flyering and sticking it on their wall! I think even now it stands out, this is a good sign, i want it to be eye grabbing and with colour to be added and the size to be enlarged, should be right as rain once this is printed proper.

Although it is an early design compared to the process of designing the logo, however i feel it is pretty strong and isnt a whole lot to worry about, guess il find out at the next crit though.

On the other hand there are one or two things i want to play around with, firstly not 100% happy with the top section, something not quite right, i think that compared to the 'july' it looks quite small and loses focus, i dont want to change the size of the July so i want to try and play with the MTA it might end up in using the type logo on that and the MTA on the back!

Another thing i want to look at more is the size and layout of the calendar, think it might need to be slightly enlarged, and mayve make the white / none border smaller, maybe have it touching all the sides of the circles like. We shall see.
