Colour  

Responding to another point that was made in the crits, that the colour scheme i had chosen to use in my idents didn't represent the work shown on my blog. I had explained in one post that i had analyzed numerous posters, dvd artwork for the films and chose a colour scheme from the colours that was used the most - White text being used in all of them. 

However the point did cause some concern, so i went back to one of my made animations and changed the colour scheme to fit each separate film.   

This is for Talladega Nights, taking the colours from posters. I dont like it and i feel the colours just dont really go together. 

This is for StepBrothers, now for this the posters only contained 2 colours, red and white, and i think it is because its only 2 colours why it doesn't work in the 

video. 

This one is for Semi Pro  and i actually quite like it, unusual colours to see together. I would happily use this scheme for the final ident. 

The last one for Blades of Glory, i also really like this one, its fairly similar to the original so yeah! 

So what i have here is three successful colour schemes (including one used in idents) and two that i feel dont work very well. 

I dont think i could use all three colour shcemes as one colour wouldnt only be used once and i think they either need to be all the same or split evenly. Do i choose one colour or just stick with the one, For the moment i will stick with the one and see if i can improve the idents anymore with upcoming experimentation.
