Some initial mock-ups for the calendar, firstly playing with the size, thin and long or just big! Thin and long wins! less folding nonsense! Getting a rough idea of possible layouts, composition of the logo and the date detail etc. Got me thinking of what style i will design the actual calendar bit as! time for research basically, see context.
The bottom mock-up gives a good idea of where my heads at in terms of what i want it to look like, roughly.
